On Monday, March 1st, WAAN Boston will hold a virtual pitch event on Zoom. Several early stage life-sciences start-ups will pitch their businesses to prospective investors. Early registration is encouraged. We will send out a list of companies and an investor packet (pitch decks, recorded video pitches ~10min each, and executive summaries) a few days before the actual event. Attendees are strongly encouraged to go through the material before the pitch night to allow for best use of time with the entrepreneurs.
Agenda:
- 2 - 3 mins elevator pitch from each entrepreneur
- Three 15 - 20 mins breakout sessions with a company of one's choice
The event is primarily for investors of WAAN Boston, Wharton/Penn alumni, Wharton Alumni Angels, partner organizations and other accredited investors affiliated with Penn and Wharton, although non-accredited investors are welcome to attend. To be able to invest in one of the companies, you must be an accredited investor (click through to view the expanded definition).
Cost:
No cost to attend
Zoom link will be sent one day prior to the event to all those registered
