Do you want to reach new levels of achievement in your career? Do you want to improve your habits, productivity and profits? Most people are getting the same results – year in, year out. That’s because of paradigms. What are they? Paradigms are a multitude of habits. They guide almost every move you make in work and life. The Wharton Club of Boston invites you to listen and participate in a webinar with Stephanie Hessler, a Performance and Mindset Coach. During this webinar you will gain an understanding about your paradigms and how to shift to new ones so you can achieve your career and life goals. You will learn:

  • Why it’s vital to understand your paradigms. Paradigms are multitudes of habits - at subconscious level - that have almost exclusive control over your habitual behavior. /li>
  • How to use your mind in service of achieving your career goals. You must understand your mind in order to create new paradigms that support you in reaching new levels of achievement in career and life./li> Why it's important to have clarity around what you really want to achieve. Establishing clear goals is the most critical step toward creating the results that you want.
  • How you go from where you are to where you want to be – Learn how to reprogram your paradigms. That's where your next level of achievement starts, in career and life!
