What capabilities will you need for leading teams and organizations during the coming decade? Drawing on the leadership experience of ten chief executives -- including those of Estée Lauder, Johnson & Johnson, Progressive Insurance, Philadelphia Eagles and the Continental Army – Wharton Professor Mike Useem identifies what’s still true but also what’s new for leading teams, operations, agencies and enterprises.

Professor Useem will also be offering copies of his latest book at a discount to all Club members. Contact David Gertler if you are interested.
