Sold Out: Personal Investing Panel

Sorry Sold-out

The Wharton Club of Boston is proud to present a panel of expert Wharton Alums discussing "Strategies for Personal Investing."  After the financial crash of 2008, it is a great time to review our investing strategies and determine how we should be approaching management of our investments.

Moderating our panel will be Kimball Halsey WG '96, a WCB Officer and President of Radius Capital Management.  Because of the enormous response that we had to his presentation last Spring, Spencer Sherman WG '87, author of the popular book:  The Cure for Money Madness, will be advocating the use of indexes and asset allocation and explaining how to do so. We are also lucky to have David Boit Trustee at Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge taking a different approach.

About Kimball B. Halsey

Mr. Halsey graduated from Dartmouth College in 1983 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics. In 1996 he earned his M.B.A. (with high honors) in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in the top 5% of his class (Palmer Scholar). At the same time he also earned a M.A. (with honors) in International Studies from the Lauder Institute (School of Arts and Sciences) of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his native English, Mr. Halsey is fluent in German and French and is conversant in Russian.
